Shipping: Your shipping costs within the continental United States are posted as a flat rate. I ship by USPS or UPS based on the value and weight of the item. Your purchase usually ships one business day after receipt of your payment. Occasionally, if I run out of stock and the delay will be too long, I will refund your payment for that item. U.S. customers get a USPS or UPS tracking or confirmation number by e-mail when the item ships. International buyers will not receive this information.
APO/FPO I do not ship to your address.
PO BOXES Do not always qualify for free shipping offers
Signature Receipt: Shipments that do not fit in your mailbox are typically left at your door. I usually require that you sign for items of higher value.
Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item for a full product refund if you: email me first within 14 business days of receiving your item using the original packing materials. If I have made a listing error and you have made a purchasing decision based on that error, you are entitled to full product and return shipping costs when you follow my shipping instructions. Seasonal items like a Holiday train set qualify only for an exchange or store credit.
